Your Hypnotherapy Practice “Profit Tunnel”
You can think of it at your pathway to building a relationship with your clients that begins with their first “commitment” to your services. Once that initial relationship is established, you build on that relationship by evaluating the needs of your client and identifying what else could benefit them.
In today’s economy taking this model into consideration could mean much more to your bottom line than you think, because people are much more cautious about trusting their wallets with someone they don’t know. That’s why just getting them “IN” is much more important than having them call you to schedule a session, because it gives you an opportunity to build a relationship with them and as a result, build rapport.
Here how you could picture your profit tunnel. As you can see, our services are at the very top.
Here are some ideas for Low-Mid “ticket” items you can offer before they feel comfortable committing to several private sessions with you.
- Low Ticket: free report, free CDs (about 15 minutes long; they could be your business cards – see helpful resources list for more details), low-cost report / eBook, “try-before-you-buy” offers (allow them to attend first session of the 5-session hypnosis program for free with an option to join at the end), interviews, etc.
- Mid Ticket: audio CD, tele-seminars, half-day seminars or workshops, etc.
The KEY for this tunnel to work is your follow-up. You can do it on a 1-by-1 basics (NOT advised, because this is absolutely the hardest way to work in your practice; it has zero leverage and it preventsyour business from growing). Another way is to pay about $20 per month and have system do it for you. You will have to tell the system of course what message to send when. However it usually takes about 2-5 minutes per message to set up and then enjoy the beauty of “doing nothing”.
